Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager the CRM Adviser will be responsible for the successful execution of CRM strategy. The CRM Adviser will manage all aspects of the CRM processes and systems: data manipulation, data import, data cleansing, systems management, training and reporting. The CRM Adviser will own the design and deliver periodic activity, engagement and ROI reports to the CMD team and internal stakeholders

System management Configure and maintain InterAction in line with CRM and marketing best practice and the needs of the group. Ensure data quality is maintained through daily deduplication checks, GDPR and compliance checks. Ensure compliance with minimum data standards, data retention policies, internal GDPR obligations for fee-earners and email marketing bounce back protocols. Manage the import of external data from multiple sources into the CRM system, ensure the data integration/matching rules meet the needs of the business and are accurately implemented. Manage the new starter process, creating and closing internal client CRM accounts as required. CRM strategy Continue to roll out of the CRM platform across the group acting as a port of contact for internal users. Support the Head of Groups BD in the technical implementation and management of sales pipelines. Create training material and documentation in line with the CRM strategy and training demands of internal users. Deliver face-to-face and virtual training to internal CRM users. Work with the group's finance and compliance teams to assist in the alignment and integration of internal systems. Reporting Design and deliver periodic activity, engagement and ROI reports to the CMD team and internal stakeholders. Work with key stakeholders across BD, Events and Digital to, define the data required to drive campaigns, cross-selling and client development activity. Deliver dashboards and bespoke MI enabling stakeholders to gain deeper client insights, recommend and implement clients segmentation and profiling to drive business development. Compliance Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are delivered accurately, including data collection, usage and deletion in line GDPR.
