Description

The Customer Marketing Manager position includes the following responsibilities: Engage with a key customer base across different industries, to understand their needs and create effective marketing plans that are focused on well defined customer needs and founded on in depth and reliable insights Continually look to improve the service offering through feedback and analysis Develop new marketing tactics and bespoke 'always on' content marketing programmes, tailored to the key audience Manage the implementation of NPS and fully utilise other insight tools available Be hands on with gathering high quality insights, both quantitative and qualitative using the tools and resources available to you in an effective manner Have a strong understanding of driving lifetime value from customers and ensure campaigns are built around building engaging relationships with the audience

Profile

The successful candidate for the Customer Marketing Manager position will possess the following: Demonstrable experience of delivering customer-centric campaigns, with a clear insight lead approach Experience of developing content programmes that position a brand as a thought-leader and are based on sound market research Have strong experience of using and gathering both qualitative and quantitative data Can demonstrate a sound understanding of customer journey marketing Ideally have managed multi-channel campaigns and utilised a continuous improvement approach Be an excellent communicator, written and verbal with strong attention to detail Able to interact confidently and credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders
