Michael Page have partnered with a really exciting and fast expanding business based in Reading. In order to facilitate their growth, they are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Manager to be based in their EMEA Headquarters.

This client is a rapidly expanding and Globally recognised business within the EMEA Territory


The Marketing Operations Manager role will be responsible for the below duties: * Design, manage and execute the Marketing Campaigns via Marketo to feed into the sfdc. * Set up and manage Nurture campaigns across all the Key Markets across EMEA * Liaise with Senior Stakeholders to monitor and improve ROI of Campaigns * Manage on-time delivery of digital campaigns * Maintain currency with all Marketo functionality and online training courses * Build, test and execute campaigns across International


qThe Marketing Operations Manager role will look for the below skills: * A proven experience in Marketing Automation Campaign management (Marketo is highly preferable) * Excellent experience within a B2B Marketing business (ideally within IT or Telecommunications) * Any experience of managing and execution of a variety of campaigns, from nurture to paid content is highly preferable * A proven experience in Google Analytics * Ideally based a commutable distance from Reading.

Job Offer

The Marketing Operations Manager role will offer a basic salary of between £55,000 and £65,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
