As the Customer Marketing Executive, your role will be to support the business in their plans to increase awareness and understanding through a variety of channels including (but not limited to) direct mail, e-mail, content, social and other digital tools.

Description

As the Customer Marketing Executive your responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following: * Working closely with the Customer Marketing Manager to devise and deliver integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness. * Oversee and maintain campaign plans, including conducting on-going planning calls and communicating plans and results to internal and external audiences. * Work closely with suppliers (eg creative & digital agencies) and internal stakeholders to deliver a range of activities on brand and on time. * Execute measurable campaigns using a variety of channels including (but not limited to) email, web, content, social and direct mail. * Ensure optimum delivery of brand messages for awareness and data capture opportunities to support conversion activities. * Review and refine targets and metrics for marketing campaign reach and engagement, monitor results to ensure success and/or required adjustment to strategy or tactics. * Use insights and analytics to pilot new marketing initiatives, from inception to delivery. * Produce and deliver relevant targeted and engaging follow up campaigns to convert interested eligible audiences into customers including, but not limited to email and direct mail. * Create original content in a variety of formats. * Provide relevant and informative reporting on the success and effectiveness of campaigns, sharing insights and learnings with the marketing team, partner agencies and on occasion, the wider business. * Work with the Customer Marketing Manager to manage budgets and monitor spend for activities and initiatives.

Profile

The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate the following skills and attributes: * Solid experience of working in a marketing-based role, with a proven track record in devising and delivering digital, print and social campaigns * Competent in using social media ad tools, design software (photoshop) and content management systems * Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends in data and experience of reporting for marketing campaigns * Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines * Ability to work effectively with many different external and internal stakeholders * Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail * Excellent writing and copy-editing skills (developing compelling/engaging campaign messaging, web copy, email copy, etc) * Budget management skills
