Oustanding opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to identify and onboard new opportunities via commercial partnerships.

The role here is to identify, approve and onboard and potentially be the business owner of key commercial partnerships that deliver increased CLV (Customer Lifetime Value). There will be opportunity within the internal network of businesses as well - our client is making a number of complementary acquisitions so leveraging those is very much a part of the role. This is a new role and is ready for the right candidate to shape it and create a success for their career Responsibilities include: * Successfully bring to market new products, in an MVP phased approach * Ensure the offering has the right balance of consumer value exchange and alignment with business goals * Work with the digital and operational teams to ensure the product requirements are captured. * Ensure key initiatives are appropriately supported in terms of channel/ business/ marketing execution * To be curious about customer & market behaviour, constantly examining data & insights to know more to enhance your road map discussions * Explore and deliver external opportunities aligned to the business long term objectives * Stakeholder management at director & C-suite level especially with 3rd party


It's a fabulous opportunity for someone who has high commercial acumen, great stakeholder management and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will come from a B2C environment with a track record of delivering mutually beneficial commercial partnerships. You'll need to demonstrate the following: * Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial delivery environment with experience of bringing new partnerships to market * Collaborative working style with the ability to bring people together to deliver a common goal * Commercial acumen and numeric skills * Analytical and able to derive insight from channel and commercial data * Competent working in an agile environment * Success at Influencing at a senior and Board level for partnership approvals * Understand Customer Value proposition and how to launch a new partnership/product into the market
