About you:

You have:

  • Great level of stakeholder management & the ability to influence at a senior level.
If this sounds like you, make sure you hit the apply button OR email - it would be nice to have candidates chasing me for a change. You know who you are, "hello it's Jack at Vert...*hangs up phone* ...ical Advantage". Heart-breaking. Trust me, this role is worth checking in for!

What success in your new role looks like:

You'll be working for a leading FMCG business who operate within the Food & Drink space, leading on innovation projects for globally recognised brands. Projects are heavily driven by data, so you'll need to be competent with numbers & insights, along with understanding the commercial concepts.

Essentially, you'll be leading on everything from innovation strategy through to launch so you'll get to see & work on end-to-end projects.

Now THAT is something to write home about. Or not, if your family are hippies & don't believe in 'big corporates' then I'd probably avoid the "so how is the new job going?" question.

Your new employer:

This is a company you want to get involved with because you'll be joining a business that will genuinely invest in your career from day one. They've also got a great progression plan and give you lots of autonomy to lead on your own projects. Not only will you work with leading brands, you'll be part of collaborative, team-oriented approach to marketing - culturally it's a fantastic business to work with & you'll see the benefits immediately.
