Change Communications Lead, 6 month contract paying £300 LTD(outside IR35) based in North London Your new company You will be working for a Local authority based in North London Your new role * You will be responsible for supporting the communications requirements for both Front Office Back Office programme and the upcoming New Ways of Working programme. * The position assists the Change and Communications Manager and is embedded within both programmes supporting the internal and external communications. This includes developing change narratives, proactive and reactive communications messages and developing and maintaining the communications grids. * There are opportunities to work with stakeholders across the business, manage stakeholder networks, run workshops and develop communications collateral. * The role encompasses all the change communications in relation to both high profile programmes, including cultural change within the council. What you'll need to succeed * You will be a creative big thinker, able to come up with new ways to develop communications and have the ability to make an impact. * You will be a well organised team player willing to learn about how cultural change communications helps to make programme more successful. * You'll challenge where you think things need to change and offer innovative solutions. * The post will be ideal for someone who is already an excellent and creative communicator looking at developing change management skills.
