Business Development / Tech, SaaS, Construction / London Your new company This organisation is a SaaS start-up specialising in providing complex data and visualisation solutions to the architecture and construction sectors. Offering state of the art simulation and visualisation the business has become the trusted partner to clients at all stages of the construction process. Following significant investment, they are currently recruiting for experience sales people at BD Executive or Business Development Manager level to grow the client base and add value to the business along their rapid growth journey based within their stunning London HQ. Your new role As a Business Development Executive / BD Manager in London, you will be on the front line within the Sales function. Selling their market leading software that has no direct competition and is a service offered by no other company. You will be speaking to warm and hot leads, also meeting clients face to face to diagnose their needs, pain-points and then discussing how their unique software/service can drive their projects forward. You will be selling to either Construction/Engineering/Oil & Gas / Energy or other sectors within the building/infrastructure sector and the product is Saas (both the systems and services). You will have full accountability for your own pipeline and sales cycles and receive full support from the business to achieve your goals. You will be responsible for closing deals ranging from 15k to £900k with an average sale taking between 1 week and 3 months dependant on the size. What you'll need to succeed You will have a track record of sales experience within a relevant sector, you will have gravitas and a proven ability to learn. Ideal candidates will be educated to degree level, alongside this you will be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and the ability to sell to senior stakeholders and a genuine interest in technology and AI.
