Senior Marketing Communications Manager - 3 month FTC £330-£360 Day Rate plus Holiday Pay Contract is paid by PAYE London TL884910

Immediate starter with a solid background in planning and delivering innovative and effective customer communications campaigns needed now for this senior fixed-term contract role working for a major public service provider in London. In this challenging role, you will lead a wide range of initiatives, tactical and strategic, targeting the general public and businesses, visitors and other institutions with budgets of £2m-£10m, spanning broadcast, digital and social media advertising, marketing CRM, outdoor media, exhibitions, F2F, leafleting and other relevant collateral.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing customer and user comms and behavior change strategies and plans across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with the 3-year organisational strategy.
  • Overseeing the delivery of all marketing comms inspiring leadership of integrated teams, ensuring that outputs meet agreed cost and quality standards, including channel selection and budget allocation.
  • Ensuring that proper feedback loops are in place to help teams learn from previous experiences and that the right mix of operational and marketing specific data is used to evaluate success.
  • Leading and developing a small team, managing their performance and ensuring capability exists to support integrated teams, comm strategies and delivery of the agreed plans.
Skills Checklist To meet the challenge of this role, you'll need proven experience - client-side or agency - planning and leading campaigns to deliver a variety of objectives - including behaviour change, reputation management and generating revenue and sales. This will include considerable knowledge of ATL and BTL (including TV, radio, press, posters), face to face, direct mail, on line, digital, social media, research and evaluation techniques. You will have considerable supplier management experience, particularly across creative agency and media agency sectors with excellent creative judgement.
