Internal Communications & Engagement Consultant
Your new company Hays are currently working in partnership with a leading service provider based in the City of London to recruit an Internal Communications & Engagement Consultant on a 3 month FTC. Your new role In your new role as an internal communications & engagement consultant you will be responsible for going into the wider business and establishing the employees needs and devising an internal communications strategy to align. You will be required to work with senior stakeholders and the exec team to present business findings and a new strategy that will drive employee engagement. What you'll need to succeed * Experience of developing and delivering strategy in a multifaceted organisation * Experience of enabling culture change * Experience across multi-channels, mechanisms and forums that enable internal communication * Strategic thinker, able to develop compelling strategies and plans Innovator with a pragmatic approach * Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills * Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills and the ability to build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders influence accordingly * Experience in driving innovation and change in an established industry or organisation * Excellent knowledge of general business processes and organisational frameworks, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong leadership, people and team management skills What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of £80,000 plus generous company benefits.
