A highly autonomous, full 360 marketing role to ensure brand strategies are translated into actionable development plans and toolkits with clearly defined guard rails for all relevant markets

Key responsibilities will include: * Develop the brand strategy elements and global strategies are translated seamlessly into regional plans * Delivers relevant creative assets and oversees execution in BU's * Develop internal and external relationships and networks with organisational focus to resolve both short term issues and resolve longer term projects/work * Take responsibility of own performance goals and personal growth * Drive continuous improvement for brand and process performance


Key requirements of the role are: * A relevant marketing qualification * Minimum 5 years' experience * Excellent communication skills sound presentation skills * Proven strategy development experience. * Experience of agency procedures and the successful management thereof. * Budgetary control and cost control management. * Knowledge of the NPD process will be an advantage * Building sound relationships across multiple departments
