Your new role We are looking for a generalist Marketing and Communications professional to help increase the profile of the membership and drive member recruitment. This role is very generalist so you will be leading on social media, website content, the PR agency, newsletters and some internal communications. There is and internal events team which you will work closely with to support with event communications. There is no line management but there are two junior members of staff to support with the above activities. You will report into the Director of Marketing and Communications What you'll need to succeed For this role we are looking for between 3-5 years marketing and communications experience, who has experience with membership engagement and retention. You will have good experience with online marketing and communications channels, and have experience with dealing with external agencies. Having experience with brand profile and lead generation would be a benefit to your application. You must have experience with CMS and Google analytics to be successful in this position.
