In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, support pipeline generation efforts by working with multiple disparate, data sources (multichannel marketing data, demographic data sets, transactional, name and address, promotional etc.). Leverage statistical analytical techniques and predictive modelling to identify trends in the data to solve problems as well as evaluating performance and ROI.

Description

* Complete regular analysis, including not limited to campaigns, tradeshows, lead generation, conversion rates and website success. * Create and provide regular reports on entire customer journey, showcasing ROI across all medias and system integration. * Summarise analytic results and provide recommendations for process improvement, conversion results, web success, ROI and more, as requested. * Maintain an awareness of geographical and cultural differences to assist whilst analysing data. * Maintain awareness of system updates and internal processes to ensure complete understanding of customer journey and make suggestions for new data analysis available for assisting in improvements. * Work with regional teams to identify and report on KPIs. * Complete regular SWOT analysis and report on findings. * As directed, assess, analyse and report of competitive landscape. * As requested, maintain systems and other platforms. * Become a credible thought leader and subject matter expert in market analysis and target audiences. * Participate at regular meetings and present findings as required. * Carry out daily operational activities whilst ensuring all project requests are achieved within the agreed timeframe. * Maintain an awareness of company and departmental strategies and projects, and provide data driven suggestions to support success. * As directed, complete tasks and projects and act as back up to other areas of the Marketing Operations team.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree, with course work in marketing/business studies and administration, or comparable work experience. * Analytical experience, either through research and studies or relevant work experience * Ability to interpret data and make recommendations accordingly, with 2-3 years proven experience within an SME. * Awareness of business to business marketing. * Technical abilities, including Google Analytics, knowledge of HTML and Microsoft Office applications. Hubspot or similar package desirable. * Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) practices and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaign. * Experience using statistical analysis package. * Ability to speak, write and understand the English language and ability to communicate effectively in confident and professional manner: over the telephone/video calls, through correspondence and in person. * Demonstrated experience in prioritising and handling multiple tasks with accuracy, proficiency and minimal supervision.
