A global law firm is looking to redevelop its processes around business development and marketing. You will be reporting into their CMO and will be responsible for building a strategy around lead generation and brand building. Working closely with senior stakeholders to implement the new strategy you will be able to make a large impact on the firm's business plans. Responsibilities * Develop a business development function to maximise opportunities improve current processes * Create system for tracking ongoing business and leads * Work closely with partners to increase individual and overall brand awareness * Represent the firm at external events when needed * Build strong relationships with partners and be a trusted advisor * Manage the marketing and business development budget * Ensure high quality marketing outputs * Carry out market and competitor research Skills/Experience * Professional services experience - legal or accountancy * Experience working closely with senior stakeholders * Able to succeed in a highly autonomous environment * Created successful marketing and business development strategies * Highly organised and able to manage projects simultaneously * Strong track record of winning new business - pitches, tenders and bids
