Senior B2B Marketing Manager - Insurtech £50k - £60k per annum plus share options Central London I'm excited to be recruiting for a niche insurtech business, looking to grow their team with a Senior B2B Marketing Manager. Currently a team of 18, with ambitious plans to grow to over 30 in the next year, this start-up brand are looking for a credible marketing manager who is motivated to lead a team as well as enabling them to engage with enterprise level customers with their platform proposition as they build out new products to stay ahead of the competition. This role will hold key responsibility for leading a marketing function, creating strategic marketing plans and delivering tactical communications for both existing and new product lines, reporting directly into the company founder. The role has great visibility across the business, including product, data, sales, project management and tech teams. About the role: * Creating the positioning, messaging and promotional strategy for new and established products, working with the product team to develop value propositions with resonate with the right buyer personas. * Playing a vital role in short and long-term growth strategy, including developing marketing and PR strategies. * Implementing tactical B2B and B2C campaigns to drive company sales and revenue targets. * Becoming a subject matter expert for product end-users, understanding pain points and buying criteria. * Build out a core set of content across the sales funnel that helps the sales teams articulate a value proposition and exceed conversion targets, including case studies, customer testimonials, white papers, videos and other lead generation material. * Delivering regular campaign reporting metrics to the leadership team. About you: * Ideally 6+ years of marketing career experience with at least 1 years' experience in managing a team (with the appetite to continue to manage a team!). * Demonstrated ability to develop successful B2B marketing strategies for new and established products. * Proven experience in building sales enablement tools, including white papers and strategic content to drive leads and allow the sales team to engage with their prospects and achieve higher conversion rates. * Proven experience of developing successful marketing campaigns (both ATL an BTL) with a focus on digital mediums such as PPC, digital display, social media and PR. * Advanced knowledge of CRM and email tools, such as Hubspot and Customer.io * Experience of working with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Amplitude. * Able to manage conflicting requirements and switch between strategic and tactical initiatives. * High levels of commercial awareness and able to make data-driven decision. * Marketing experience within SaaS, insurance, financial services or another highly-regulated sector is preferred.
