Digital Optimisation Specialist

Your new role In this role you will be part of the data, insight, analytics & conversion team and you will use enterprise level, industry tools from a experimentation, web analytics and customer experience perspective to deliver customer focused and high- quality test builds to provide a seamless end to end digital experience, working closely with the wider team. You will formulate, communicate and help deliver stable and viable A/B including the definition of test details, audiences, measurement frameworks and test operations. You will also work with other teams internally to explore, conceptualise, quantify and prioritise test opportunities and understand and uphold the importance of data- driven results, working with the wider data & insight teams. You will create clear visuals for alternate experiences, working with UX & Design to generate clear- cut recommendations based on research. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will have a proven track record in a similar digital optimisation role with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
