Marketing and Events Administration Assistant
Are you a highly organised Marketing Assistant with strong administration skills, a planner, a lover of list making, organising diaries and just generally great at coordinating? And I don't mean your outfit! Within this role as Marketing Administration Assistant you will be relied upon to provide marketing support to direct channels and international distributors, CRM administration and event coordination and administration. Being responsible for all of this means that you will have to be a highly organised individual and have excellent attention to detail. You'll need to keep on top of the event diary and planning, meet your deadlines and always finish your tasks. You can expect your day in the office to be varied and fast-paced, you'll be responsible for organising and dispatching marketing collateral, approving orders that are placed and ensuring the relevant documents are raised on Salesforce. Being a proficient user of Salesforce you will also find yourself maintaining the website, coordinating the marketing activity and campaigns and running reports. And if reporting is what 'floats your boat' you'll be pleased to hear it doesn't end there, liaising with the PR agency it will be up to you to produce reports of the company's PR activity, including seeing what the competitors are up to and if your press activity stacks up to theirs! Previous experience in events administration would be beneficial to this role but is not essential, you will be tasked with booking hotels, confirming attendance, processing leads and post event analysis. And as all good administrators know, this information will need to go on to Salesforce! There are tradeshows to attend and you may find yourself having the opportunity to travel internationally to attend these shows- better dust off that passport.
