The successful Brand Manager will use customer and market research to create and implement strategies that will impact and change how people perceive the brand.

The key responsibilities are: * Ability to interface across the Partnership Businesses actively contributing to the support of the brand presence to campaigns and development of the Business and Marketing and Sales Strategies * Promoting the global vision, mission and values; being an active member of the marketing and sales community. * Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends in Brand * Development of strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands * Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports * Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding * Key support to events, exhibitions and photo shoots. * Support the communications team to ensure internal and external messages are aligned to the brand strategy * Provide support and guidance for the impact of the brand in campaigns, business development and market presence * Production and maintenance of the brand guidelines * Support to the development and implementation of the brand within campaign marketing strategies * Assist with prosecuting strategic Marketing and Sales opportunities and major bids and in achieving appropriate positioning with key clients related to the campaigns


The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience in brand management * Experience in supporting senior leadership * An inquiring and analytical mind capable of assimilating information * Minimum of five years' experience of relevant international commercial, consulting or professional services business * Understanding of and ability to communicate the company core capabilities * Knowledge and expertise to formulate and deliver a successful brand campaign and marketing plans * Strong people leadership skill * Desire to succeed * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Offer
