Digital Acquisition Manager - Social and Display £42,000 per annum plus 10% bonus and competitive benefits Central London Would you love to play a key role in implementing and growing key social and online channels for one of the fastest-growing challenger banks in the UK? Do you have expertise in implementing and improving programmatic/display and YouTube/VOD as a focal point of your role? About the role: * Working as a key member of the digital acquisition marketing team, you will look after social and display channels at an exciting period, as they look to launch programmatic and VOD and undergo a major re-brand of one of their flagship credit card offerings. * You will work closely with the analytics, email, PPC, SEO teams to manage growth within both display and social channels, including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. * Working closely with multiple agencies from media buying to creative and strategy, plus Google and programmatic teams, and owning performance of social and display channels. * Working closely with key digital suppliers - i.e. Facebook and YouTube. * Delivering timely updates on budget and forecasting to the wider team and Marketing Director. * Building a great understanding of how target customers use products and leveraging data and insight to drive acquisition and growth. * Providing ongoing commentary and insight into competitor activity, continuously reviewing and driving digital marketing best practice and performance. * Ensuring regulatory compliance of all digital acquisition campaigns. * Developing compelling and powerful display and social acquisition creative, applying a test and learn approach. * Leading creative strategy About you: * Experience of managing and delivering successful digital acquisition campaigns across display, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube (others are advantageous!). * Proven analytical and problem solving skills, alongside a good understanding of the drivers of commercial performance. * Strong digital campaign management skills, including use of the test and learn frameworks. * Understanding of the full funnel campaign metrics and how to evaluate campaign performance. * Track record of delivering stand-out, targeted creative. * Budget management experience. * Understanding of the mechanics of digital marketing effectiveness in a regulated environment. * Desirable sector backgrounds might include financial services (B2C), telecoms, insurance, or digital agency (ideally having worked within a related sector if agency side). * Proven track record of working with, and getting the best out of agencies. * Confident in communicating with stakeholders of all levels.
