Your new role In your new role as a marketing executive you will support the team with various marketing duties. You will support and advise on marketing strategy and implementation, spreading information about the companies wide range of activities and offerings through communication activities such as website management (liaising with external agencies), social media pages, advertising and email marketing. It is essential that you have first-rate strategic marketing planning and project management ability. As a marketer with strong experience of marketing to diverse audiences, you will also bring a wealth of essential skills to the role across social media, email and digital marketing. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to creative problem solving are essential, as are fresh thinking and a strong understanding of methods of audience engagement. The company are looking for applicants from any consumer marketing background. Key responsibilities: * Maintain the website and work with our preferred supplier to develop the website's functionality as the organization grows. * Development of CRM and integration with the organization's website and e-marketing platforms. * Audience development - market research, campaign strategies, developing new audience targets and developing existing ones to implement successful projects and campaigns. * Undertake research to assist with the development and implementation of projects and campaigns as required. * Manage emarketing: maintaining and growing mailing lists, producing engaging e-newsletters and e-shots and producing event invitations. * Marketing support for partnership/collaborative events (e.g. exhibitions, exhibition previews, reader events, film screenings, group dinners, food and drink promotions, performances etc.). * Monitoring & reporting - KPIs, marketing and website performance: analytics, including traffic, engagement, growth and ROI.
