Your new company This company are a leading luxury jewellery manufacturer and retailer. They are owned by the largest producer of ethically sourced rare coloured gemstones who are positioned at the highest level of the luxury goods sector. Their global stores express the company's legacy, heritage and tradition through their esteemed collections. Your new role In this role will you be responsible for the day to day management of the eCommerce website and provide support to the marketing/ comms team and wider business. You will manage eCommerce customer services, report on weekly performance, support the marketing team on digital campaign implementation and manage the social media calendar. You will drive traffic to the website, ensuring the customer journey/ UX is optimised to help generate conversion. You will work closely with the Digital & E-Commerce Director on PPC, SEM, social re-targeting and daily monitoring and optimisation of campaigns as well as managing agencies to help boost conversion rates and AOVs. What you'll need to succeed You will have demonstrable experience within an eCommerce environment, agency or in house with good knowledge of CMS systems, Photoshop, Google Analytics and Google Webmaster. You will also have excellent knowledge of HTML5 CSS and UX principles. What you'll get in return In return you will receive an excellent basic salary of up to £55,000 + a generous benefits package.
