Digital Marketing Manager £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits Central London * Are you an omni-channel digital marketing specialist with a background in a regulated industry (preferably financial services)? * Do you thrive in a hands-on role and collaborative work structure where you can quickly see the impact of your work? * Would you like to play a key role in launching a well-backed challenger bank into the market? My client is launching a new bank for an overseas mutual parent, and is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help them build a brand new bank to serve generations to come. The bank's aim is to offer a solution to clients who have been under-served by mainstream banks, and create a best-in class customer experience in consumer banking. About the role: * Planning and executing on all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns. * Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence. * Creating and producing content for various digital channels, ensuring content is kept current. * Measuring and reporting on performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals. * Identifying trends and capturing insights to optimise spend and digital marketing performance. * Brainstorming new and creative growth marketing strategies for the bank. * Planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion rate tests. * Collaborating with internal teams to create website landing pages and optimising UX. * Evaluating end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. * Implementing conversion points and optimising user funnels * Collaborating with marketing/digital agencies and other vendors to keep them on-track and working within budget and time-lines. * Evaluating emerging technologies and providing insight for adoption of these as and where appropriate. About you: * Experience in launching and maintaining Apps and Websites. * Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing or a related subject. * A proven digital marketing specialist - ideally experienced in financial services, or if not, another regulated B2C industry with a high focus on governance. * Demonstrated experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, and managing marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns * Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. * Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels * Experience with A/B and MVT/Multivariate testing. * Solid knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) * Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) * Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. * Proven analytical skills and data-driven thinking. * Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. * A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and sparky communication! * Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
