Research and Insights Manager - Central London - Tech Company - 4-5 Month Contract - Up To £250 Per Day Your new company You will be working for an international tech-based service provider that has revolutionised their sector of the industry. They are continuing to grow and expand, with technology at the heart of everything they do. Your new role You will be working alongside the marketing, product and operations teams as 'the voice of the customer' to drive actionable data insights and solutions. You will help work on every aspect of the customer experience by conducting exploratory research, setting up experiments and assessing the business impact of ongoing initiatives. You will convert insights into strategic and actionable recommendations for cross functional teams. You will truth-seeking with data while being bold and creative to help drive the marketing strategy. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will have the following competencies: * 4+ years of experience in customer insights/ research and informing marketing strategy * Strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and survey design * Strong project management and communication skills to handle and update multiple senior stakeholders at once * Experience handling research agencies and working towards clear and actionable data analyses * Strong customer mindset - you ask and take on the most important analytical questions with a view on driving customer impact * Driven and focused, great communicator - you are a self-starter and love the responsibility of having to paint on a blank canvas What you'll get in return In return you will receive a day rate of £200-£250 per day (LTD) depending on experience.
