A nationwide architectural practice situated in bustling Clerkenwell are looking to add a bright and organised coordinator to their team of 25. With a profile focused around residential, education, workplace and conversion based schemes you are assured a varied overview of the studios design output.

Key responsibilities
  • Front of house management - meeting and greeting all visitors to the studio
  • Purchase office consumables and direct incoming and outgoing packages / calls
  • Proactively support the architectural teams with project admin tasks
  • Use initiative to ensure that the administration of the studio runs smoothly
  • Book travel and accommodation, prepare itineraries and project meetings as required - diary management.
  • Devise and maintain office systems, including internal systems, filing, archiving etc
  • Deal with correspondence, produce documents, briefing papers, and reports
  • Main point of contact for other nationwide offices - providing HR and onboarding assistance as required

  • Excellent attention to detail - Both spoken and written English of a high level
  • An interest in the architectural/ design sectors
  • Previous administration experience demonstrated
  • Use of Microsoft office applications - InDesign desirable
  • Able to multi-task and priortise workload
  • Self motivated with a flexible and open attitude
