A design-driven architecture studio located in West London is looking to recruit a results driven individual who thrives on autonomy - from FOH through to 1:1 PA support and general operations management this varied role is worth the journey!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal support to Director - diary and inbox management, personal errands
  • FOH duties - Answering the phone and directing calls
  • HR support - recruitment, appraisals and salary reviews
  • Office Maintenance - Ordering office supplies and computer equipment as required
  • IT management - equipment and consumables management
  • Accounts duties include: weekly and monthly financial reporting, liaising with accountant and bookkeeper, client invoicing and coordinating external payroll

  • Previous experience of working in an Architectural/ design practice in a support role
  • Proven experience of Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Use of accounting software i.e. Sage
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
