The role of Proposals Coordinator is for a leading business services company. The role will play key part in helping the Bids team produce compelling tenders for new business.

Client Details

The client is a London based FTSE 250 with a strong global presence. You will be part of the close knit Bids team that produces high quality documents for new business tenders.


The purpose of the Proposals Coordinator role is to assist in the writing of winning bids for the business. The key responsibilities of the role are: * To help coordinate and assist with the production of high quality tender documents ranging from Pre-Qualification Questionnaires to Invitations to Tender * Managing the project to ensure that contributions to the bid are received on time and the proposal deadline is met * Researching clients to ensure that bids are specific to their requirements * Editing and refining text produced by others * Updating and tailoring stock text and company information * Assisting with the implementation and account management phases following contract wins * Ad-hoc administrative duties


The successful candidate for this London based Proposals Coordinator position will possess the following: * Educated to degree level * Extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects at the same time * The ability to produce copy to a high standard that accurately describes the service offering * High level of IT literacy; Microsoft Word knowledge is required and Excel and PowerPoint skills would be an advantage * Excellent attention to detail and good numeracy * Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines * Ability to work as part of a collaborative team * Experience of working in a corporate environment would be an advantage
