Your new company My client is a family-owned medical devices business with a variety of products across several specialist areas, including critical care. Based in High Wycombe, they supply niche products with a real focus on delivering patient-first solutions, and pride themselves on their innovations and enhanced patient solutions. As a British-based manufacturing operation, they are focused on future growth and success and are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to head up the small team. Your new role As Marketing Manager you will develop the Marketing strategy and operationally manage it's implementation across online & offline channels, including Product Development & Launch, External Communications, Events, Analysis & Marketing Research, Lead Generation, Digital, Brand & PR. You will manage and partake in a robust Events strategy to develop customer relationships (B2B), and act as a brand guardian across all advertising, sales promotion, Pr and exhibition opportunities. You will manage a small team, developing their advancing skill-set as you grow the company's marketing capabilities, and will work closely with a digital agency to further your digital reach and capabilities. You will also play a key role in the development, pricing and launch of new products into the market. What you'll need to succeed You will be an experienced marketer with a strong background in B2B Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical / Scientific industries and the demonstrable skills to lead a marketing function. You will demonstrate good team management capabilities, stakeholder relationship skills, communication & influencing skills as well as possessing an entrepreneurial approach. You will have a full-breadth Marketing skill-set across Product, Brand, Communications, PR & Events - covering online and offline channels for brand awareness and lead generation. You will have a desire to grow the company's marketing capabilities, particularly around digital. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of between £50000 - £60000 (depending on experience) plus benefits including car allowance, bonus, healthcare and pension.
