This role requires ongoing evaluation and optimisation of campaign performance to maximise online opportunities to maximise sales and return on investment. This role will include Online and Email Marketing, Website Management, Brand Custodianship and Relationship and Stakeholder Management.

My client is a global tour operator currently experiencing rapid growth. This is an exciting time to be joining the business as a fantastic, varied Online Marketing Executive role has been developed.


Working with Marketing Manager Online to develop innovative and creative online activity for the UK B2B and B2C Markets, supporting the commercial objectives. Work with internal and external partners to brief, execute and evaluate and optimise online activity within set budgets and time frames. This includes PPC, SEO, display and social media campaigns. Help the Marketing Manager in developing the email marketing plan for B2B and B2C markets, overseeing the end to end delivery of email marketing campaigns. Analyse results and identify opportunities to make recommendations. Manager and monitor the UK B2B and B2C social media accounts, working with key stakeholders to develop and implement the monthly content calendar, monitoring also the trade partners websites and managing the UK B2B and B2C databases. Website management working with internal and external partners for regular updates of information to support activity and ensure of all information is accurate. Brand Custodianship to ensure all communications both in house and external through partners are accurate, on brand and consistent with the UK marketing position and key messaging. Relationship and Stakeholder Management will involve working with Marketing team to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are regularly briefed on the marketing activity on a regular basis. Strong interpersonal skills to be used to foster harmonious working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining useful communication. Act as an advisor for internal and external partners on brand, look, tone of voice and feel.


* Having a relevant marketing qualification and similar experience in a role. * Experience overseeing creation, targeting and delivery of email marketing campaigns. * Knowledge of best practice for search, display and online marketing campaigns. * Analytical skills * Enthusiasm to continue to learn and grow, improving and optimising campaigns. * A confident and organised professional to work with internal and external partners to brief and deliver marketing campaigns on budget and on time. * Time management skill; able to effectively prioritise work and manage the deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to represent information accurately, consistently and in accordance with brand standards.
