Technical Content Writer
Are you a Technical Author or Marketing Content Writer who is looking for a role where you can utilise, or even expand, your writing skill-set? Being an already exceptional writer with a great portfolio of work this role would require you to commit half your time to writing technical guides and manuals and the other half creating blog content, ebooks, white papers, infographics and more. They are looking for someone who can understand audiences, engage them and stimulate conversation through understanding what they are trying to achieve, what they already know and what their pain points are. You'll use this information to create educational insights and offer informative advice. Being a confident relationship builder, you will draw information from colleagues which will enable you to learn all you can about new products; you'll be testing and evaluating these products and feeding back to the development team on any issues through task-oriented, problem solving documents that you will create. The other part of this role involves supporting the Marketing Team and you will design engaging content for targeted audiences, this will drive the lead generation campaigns devised by the Marketing Team. Not all the content will be written though and you'll have the opportunity to get involved with storyboarding and voiceovers for the videos and animations that they produce. Ideally you will have experience as a Technical Author or Content Writer, however graduates will be considered if you are able to prove exceptional writing ability and show a willingness to learn. As this is predominantly a writing role you will need to be a Fluent English speaker, have exceptional grammar and spelling, with an ability to communicate complicated concepts clearly and concisely.
