The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the planning and delivery of acquisition and retention marketing campaigns to promote the organisation's qualifications and membership.

Key Responsibilities: * Develop and deliver a range of marketing plans and campaigns * Plan, implement, manage and monitor targeted campaigns across channels and segment groups with a particular emphasis on direct and digital marketing * Utilise a mixture of channels including web, email marketing, social media, events and print * Develop tailored, segmented, and engaging copy and promotion across channels that communicates key messages to target groups * Coordinate the creation of marketing collateral with the Design team to ensure they are consistent, relevant, meet the needs of the customer and adhere to brand guidelines * Regularly reviewing, analysing and reporting on campaign metrics, performance and effectiveness and to use insights to inform future marketing campaigns * Ongoing monitoring and updating of web pages, using Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement * Work with the wider marketing team to co-ordinate campaigns and to ensure that a fully integrated approach is adopted


Essential * Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering integrated, segmented, multi-channel marketing campaigns * Experience developing engaging copy, powerful content/messaging and ability to turn complex propositions into simple and compelling messages * An understanding of how to utilise a range of channels (email, social media, print, events, website) for the promotion of events, services and products * Experience of working with data and analytics and delivering segmented messaging * Experience of delivering lead generating marketing campaigns * Creative and proactive approach to work, identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations * Proven time management and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and confidence building relationships at all levels, both within the organisation and with external partners * A flexible team-player with a can do attitude Desirable * Previous membership/association experience * Previous experience of marketing training courses / qualifications * CIM Marketing qualification
