Senior Account / Project Manager - East / Central London - £40,000 - £50,000

I am working with a fun and collaborative, creative, multi-disciplinary agency that focus on CGI and visualisation who are on the hunt for a great all-round Senior Account / Project Manager. The agency works in the architectural design space to produce beautiful imagery for their high profile clients in both the U.K. and oversees. They are a leading agency in this space and produce extremely high end and crafted illustrations, still visuals, VR, Photography and real time visuals. The agency has a great team in house including Art Directors, Designers, Illustrators, Photographers, Developers, Film Makers, Photographers etc.

The role involves winning, building and maintain strong relationships with clients as you take ownership and manage the production of projects. Your day to day will see you scoping, negotiating and scheduling projects and resource as you work with production and creative teams, as well as some of the top architects and property developers in the U.K. to produce the high quality visuals, interactive products and VR. You will be involved from start to finish on projects, preparing the detailed briefs and consulting with clients throughout, and will also mentor more junior AM/ PM's as they support you in your role. You will be expected to develop long standing relationships with your clients and ensure client satisfaction throughout and look to grow accounts wherever possible.

The Senior Account / Project Management will need to be a detail orientated manager of projects who is passionate about creating great work but is also organised with administration and financial management. There is also a consultative new business element to this role as Senior AM/ PM's are also expected to follow up prospective client enquiries and deliver proposals / pitches and quotes as well as identifying and attempting to capitalise on other exciting opportunities as they arise perhaps through client recommendations or attending industry social events.

Experience required:
  • Worked within either the property / planning / architectural / visualisation or creative industries as an Account / Project Manager
  • Experience working with creative and production teams to plan and deliver similar projects
  • Proven results of account development, as well as working with existing clients consultatively
  • Strong negotiation and client engagement skills
The agency is in a good phase of growth and offers fast progression as well as great benefits, so if you are hard-working, ambitious and outgoing Senior Account / Project Manager and are interested in your next work opportunity, make sure to drop me a line!
