A market leader in cloud software, digital solutions and managed services to public service providers and with a growing digital business, it is looking for an inspirational leader to join its UK marketing management team. Headquartered in London, but with another HQ in Bristol. This is an exciting business with a robust growth plan centred around marketing and their staff. Your new role This is a Marketing Manager position reporting to the UK Marketing Director; the successful candidate will own the development of the go to market approach and marketing plan for the Digital Division. You will work closely with the UK Marketing Director, the Divisional Executive Director and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the plan is aligned to meet the goals of the group. Leading and inspiring a team of marketing professionals to ensure the programme of activity is planned and delivered on time and to budget, with clear measurable results and an identifiable significant pipeline for the group. You will be responsible for targeting core markets and increasing brand awareness and engagement. This is a broad role including comms, digital and direct marketing, you will be responsible for campaigns including the strategic planning as well as the delivery and execution, with the clear aim of the business becoming the market leader within its field. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Marketing Manager with a tech/software background and have ideally worked with large public organisations as clients. You will have a wealth of marketing experience and be a self-starter as well as a key team player. You will have managed direct reports and be a problem solver, analytical and data driven with a focus on results-based marketing. The successful candidate will have worked within a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders, have experience of CRM, email marketing, automation and be an expert on social media platforms. As well as this you will need to have a strong brand focus and lead integrated campaigns.
