Marketing Automation Campaign Specialist
Your new company My client are a well-known multinational corporation whose diversified business includes consumer and professional electronics, gaming, entertainment, and financial services. Despite arguably being best known for Consumer Electronics and Mobile phones, their business in Basingstoke is home to their Professional products and solutions; innovations for a professional market including Broadcast & Production, Digital Cinema Cameras, Professional Displays and Video Security. Due to a high workload we are seeking a Marketing automation Specialist to join the team on an initial 3 month contract until the end of August 2019. Your new role You will be responsible for designing, building, measuring & optimising B2B communication programmes that engage customers, drive both purchases and brand loyalty, and also meet business unit requirements. You will manage relevant processes from initial brief (from Marketing Communications Managers and other business stakeholders) through to implementation, delivery and reports in accordance with agreed timescales. Responsibilities: * Work with Marketing Communications Managers to create high quality emails in Adobe that are targeted and measurable. * Work with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns are deployed in line with strategy. * Email creation and delivery from initial brief, translation management, HTML build and send. * Optimize against key metrics including open rates, CTR and conversion. * Manage a well organised and documented testing plan to continually improve campaign performance. * Building forms for contact acquisition / lead generation. * Basic date admin tasks and report running. * Track best practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations. What you'll need to succeed You will need a minimum of 3 years MA Campaign experience with advanced working knowledge of at least one MA tool (ideally Adobe Campaign). You will be an advanced Excel user with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in building HTML based emails for all the major mail services and clients (e.g. Gmail, Outlook.com, iOS Mail.app etc) is crucial and client side and agency experience an advantage. It is essential that you have email and MA tool experience, and know what makes a good email; you need to be able to understand data and make sense of it, and the role will involve communications with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other matrix teams across the EU - also some email HTML coding.My client are also doing a migration from Adobe to Marketo, so any migration experience and multi-platform experience is also desired.
