Marketing, Marketing Manager Your new company A well-known Financial services organisation. Your new role * Reporting to the Chief Executive, your role will deliver the Marketing plan to deliver the Society's business objectives across the product range across traditional and digital channels. * Plan, monitor and demonstrate performance against marketing metrics to identify and propose solutions to address opportunities and/or counteract anomalies with an agile approach. * You'll demonstrate an understanding of acquisition and retention and how our marketing delivery can support growth in both areas * Lead the Marketing function to deliver a high-quality service and to provide clear and consistent direction. * Propose, negotiate and manage new and ongoing supplier relations as required in support of business objectives to deliver marketing priorities across a range of channels. * Develop and manage Society communications across a range of internal and external audiences to build engagement including events, PR and internal communications. * Strong content development curating marketing advertising that's informative, relevant, in line with branding and regulatory guidelines.
