The company was established in 2017, bringing together recruitment and training brands that have been going strong since the late 80's, so lots of heritage! The Marketing Director is fairly new to the business and looking for a strong second to bring their digital expertise across the group. The Founders understand the importance of digital growth and want to excel across all channels!

We're looking for a strong Digital Marketing Manager to liaise with colleagues across the wider business, ensuring a collaborative approach across their websites and digital marketing campaigns. It is a strategic and tactical position encompassing the full range of digital channels to maximise brand exposure and drive/enhance sales opportunities & a super great opportunity for an ambitious candidate that's looking to make an impact on a business that's open and ready for digital growth!

The role,
  • Lead and implement the development of our digital strategy and help grow the business further;
  • Manage and develop our group's portfolio of websites to ensure they are supporting key business objectives;
  • Develop and deliver our content and social media strategy across our group of businesses
  • Buying media and optimisation of digital response channel performance (PPC, social, SEO, job boards);
  • Grow the digital marketing activity through prospecting, remodelling and retargeting to generate more quality leads across target audiences, increasing brand presence and online conversion and ROI;
  • Analyse KPI metrics to maximise sales opportunities;
  • Identification of future digital marketing trends, business models and media consumption to enable commercial advantage; and
  • Manage and develop a digital marketing executive.

  • Working in a hands on Digital Marketing Manager position
  • Developing and executing digital marketing strategy
  • Experience managing websites and Wordpress knowledge
  • Web analytical tools (Google Analytics) to analyse data and inform digital media planning
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, PPC, social media campaigns
