I am partnering with a great charity that support one of top 10 disabilities in the UK on the search for a Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic role for someone with a passion for marketing who is keen to have a real impact on the charity and take them to the next level. They are looking for someone who is able to think strategically about everything that they offer and how to make it engaging and how to best use the channels available to ensure they are reaching the right audiences. The charity has just rebranded, which has had a positive impact and they really want more people to be engaging with it. This role is part of the Business to Consumer marketing team which focuses on supporting internal colleagues on anyone with the disability and the people around them. This position will be instrumental in supporting the two Senior Marketing Officers, alongside making effective decisions on how best to support the organisation, how to plan marketing across all the events, channels and balance the needs of their audiences and internal stakeholders. Ideal candidates will display: * Strong communications and writing skills * Ability to manage marketing projects from insight stage to evaluation * Ability and authority to support marketing projects through all stages from original idea to delivery * Experience of high profile national marketing campaigns * Proven leadership skills/Line management experience * Knowledge of marketing communications * Knowledge of B2C marketing within the charity sector * Knowledge of CRM, Email marketing and content management systems * Knowledge of digital marketing Candidates must have experience working for a Charity before.
