Internal Communications Manager
Your new company You will be working for a global management consulting and professional services firm in their offices in central London. They are a Fortune 500 company with net revenues in the billions. Your new role In this role, you will work as a part of the digital marketing team helping to reposition the delivery function of employee communications and engagement. It will include managing new communication channels, on both the digital and face-to-face side. You will work with stakeholders to help communicate their vision and strategy while acting as an adviser on brand communications. You will work with agencies to help create and execute campaigns while managing the editorial calendar. You will also review and help manage the social media strategy and monitor its success. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience working in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. You are used to working for matrix organisations in a fast-paced environment. You have a deep understanding of business content, branding, strategy, digital and social marketing. You have a passion for content and have strong writing, editorial and creative skills. You are organised and can handle working on multiple priority projects at the same time. You have knowledge of analytic packages, social management systems and CRM systems. You have experience supervising staff and contractors and have worked closely with creative agencies in the past. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a day rate of up to £324 (LTD).
