Communications and Social Media Executive, Slough - Are you a communications expert, able to represent the voice of the company across a variety of external platforms? Are you also a social media genius, able to build engagement and truly be the voice of the organisation? If so then we have a very interesting opportunity for you to consider, so read on! You'll need at least two years of communications and social media experience in a similar industry to be able to properly connect with both customers and employees alike, meaning that exposure - in an arena like services, construction, technology or engineering - will be vital. You will be comfortable updating websites, being technically very savvy. A fastidious attention to detail is also essential, as well as a love for creating new and innovative ways of engaging with both new and existing customers across all online mediums and within the organisation. Working in a lively, friendly and collaborative office environment, you will be the face of the company, handling enquiries as one of the first points of contact in the business. You will own their social media channels, building a loyal base and proactively engaging with new and existing users. You will also own the website updates, ensuring that all external communications - from marketing campaigns to company information and announcements - are accurate and timely. You will also be the voice inside the company, keeping employees informed and engaged with everything that they need to know. A varied and interesting position within one of the industry's most trusted and respected services organisations, you will take on a pivotal position with a lot of autonomy, so we look forward to hearing from you! It is easily commutable from Bracknell, Woking, Maidenhead, Reading, High Wycombe, Watford and Hemel Hempstead.
