Head of Marketing
Our client who is a leading HealthTech company, providing data analytics and insight to the healthcare market is looking for a Head of Marketing. This is a unique, start-up opportunity for an ambitious, energetic and disciplined professional with a successful track record working with the sophisticated technology in the industry. As the Director of Marketing, you will take the responsibility for the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the business. This will include responsibility for all marketing activities and for building and managing a team to deliver on this. The role: * Development of the marketing strategy and overseeing implementation of the * strategy * Ensuring marketing is working closely with the sales team; enabling them to * meet their commercial objectives * Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team * Working closely with product team to define marketing materials and programs. * Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the * company * Creation of engaging content for email, print collateral, social media and fliers * Management of email campaigns including segmentation and analysing * effectiveness * Development of events - a calendar, management and attendance * Agency management where required * Market, competitor and performance analysis Your profile: * Proven track record of success in senior B2B marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS marketing * Experience across digital and traditional marketing and has created omnichannel approach to marketing * Confident, driven leader * Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities. * Highly analytical * Strong listener and communicator * Ability to recruit, coach and develop a team This is a truly fantastic career opportunity for a strategic marketing leader.
