Your New Company My client is looking a Digital Marketing Manager for a 5-month FTC. The role is based within a dynamic team, and you will be joining to support a busy period, to drive the digital marketing. The head office has access to parking and good transport links around wales. Your New Role The Digital Marketing Manager will drive forward the digital marketing strategy via an innovative, integrated, customer-focussed approach. The role will optimise the website for all markets and deliver coordinated, engaging and targeted digital and social media communications that deliver on the company's objectives, including recruitment targets, digital and brand metrics. Key Responsibilities: * Enable, lead and inspire a team of highly effective, productive and professional marketing staff through the development of a creative, collaborative and dynamic working environment, delivering on KPIs * Continually develop and evaluate the websites to ensure it is up-to-date for the audience, as well as promotion their business and research agendas. To do so you will utilise research and analytics, to deliver KPI's. * Develop, implement and evaluate social media and digital communications plans ensuring segmentation, targeting and positioning deliver KPIs across all markets * Ensure proactive oversight of research, market trends, analytics, sector developments, application and competitor data and adapt activity as required * Measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing ROI. * Build effective working relationships with seniors to ensure an integrated and considered approach is when developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy What you'll need to succeed * This is a varied digital role, specifically you will need strong experience within digital marketing, web management, integrated customer focused online digital strategies, strong research and analytics capabilities. * A higher degree and/or relevant professional qualification, or significant and relevant work experience is required. * Strong managerial skills including team management, financial resource management, senior internal and external stakeholder management. You will be experienced in developing people skills including an ability to listen, inspire and nurture talent.
