Your new company Your new company is a well established FMCG organisation who are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team based in Liverpool on a full time, permanent basis. Your new role As the Marketing Manager, you will support the Head of Marketing in the strategic development and delivery of business and brand KPIs. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies across the brand and present brand plans and product launches to relevant internal departments, as well as external contacts. Additionally you will take a lead on branded NPD including concept generation, consumer research, commercial viability and launch strategy. You will also work with senior leadership to recommend pricing and promotional strategies as well as working with the insight team to deliver consumer appropriate strategies which generate brand growth. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have previously worked in a similar role, ideally within an FMCG organisation where you have demonstrable experience of developing and executing business and brand plans and NPD. You will have full marketing mix experience combined with strong project management skills and you must have delivered new products to market. You should have a proven track record of innovation and will be able to lead brand marketing across a range of products. You will be a strategic thinker, self-motivated and able to deliver impact in a fast-paced, pressured environment.
