Description

The key responsibilities for the Head of Marketing include: * Define and deliver the annual marketing strategy within budget to drive commercial growth and improve brand awareness and relevancy * Lead the digital marketing strategy within the business ensuring maximum return on investment from the business online channels including websites, PPC, SEO and social media. * Deliver the annual marketing activity calendar of campaigns and activities to drive new patient acquisition ensuring ROI and performance against KPIs * Deliver a regional approach to marketing, using insights and data to identify and leverage regional/local growth opportunities * Support the product team to drive growth across new and established propositions, owning the planning and delivery of all marketing activities. * Ensure the effective definition and delivery of the CRM strategy to deliver increased return from our existing patient base including the implementation of a new CRM system and landing the end to end customer journey * Create and deliver an effective trade marketing plan that drives brand awareness and engagement within the dentist population and supports M&A acquisition activities. * Own the long-term brand portfolio strategy * Provide marketing input and support into the broader company growth strategy * Analyse and interpret data * Manage a team of 20+ and a budget of c. £4m

Profile

The Successful Head Of Marketing: * 8+ years in a senior, multi-disciplined marketing role * Experience of strategic marketing and brand planning * Regional and local Marketing experience, and track record in driving results locally as well as nationally. * Strong campaign planning and delivery experience * Experience of managing a broad digital remit including website, SEO, PPC and social media * Experience of leading CRM programmes desirable * Commercially savvy - able to appreciate and balance the goals of delivering commercial returns through products and services * Analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends, root causes and diagnose solutions * Solution driven * Experience working in a regulated environment. * Experience working in a matrixed organisation where team work, collaboration and communication are keys to success. * Ideally available to start in May
