The Head of Customer Acquisition is a pivotal role to enable the business achieve it's ambitious recruitment targets. The role requires someone to have an established background in strategic and demand generation marketing with a track-record in delivering successful integrated campaigns that deliver value for money and ROI.

Through growth and centralising the internal marketing team, the Head of Customer Acquisition role has developed which is ideal for a forward thinking and innovative marketer to really make an impact.


The Head of Customer Acquisition role is responsible for the following duties: * Accountable for the production and delivery of a strategic marketing plan from awareness through to registration, meeting annual targets and delivering on year on year improvement in performance. * Work closely with the Head of Insight & Digital and Head of Communications to produce and execute an integrated strategy and frictionless customer journey across all channels rooted in insight with measurable KPI's. * Develop and embed a deep level of understanding of customer insight & segmentation in all recruitment activity. * Accountable for the partnership and performance of marketing & media agencies in delivering a marketing plan to achieve targets. * To provide inspirational leadership and act as a role model for the department in all interactions and engagements. * Lead work with the Communications team to develop a strong narrative that is informed by the voice of the customer, the competitive landscape and the business strategy / brand identity. * Lead work with the Insight & Digital team to evaluate, report on and improve the effectiveness of implemented activities on a regular and ad hoc basis. * Operationally manage the Customer Acquisition team ensuring best practice and efficient use of resources, including carrying out appraisals and reviews, identifying training needs, dealing with people management issues arising within the team.


The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience: * Degree qualified or equivalent experience * Successfully delivered strategic marketing and communications plans * Extensive experience of delivering successful acquisition marketing strategies * Proven track record in delivering integrated demand generation campaigns * Experience in leading and inspiring high performing teams * Experience of setting, monitoring and reviewing complex budgets with a strong focus on value for money and ROI * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

The Head of Customer Acquisition role is offering a basic annual salary between £55,000 - £60,000 + other added benefits.
