We're looking for a detail-driven, solutions-orientated person to join our Marketing and Communications team. Your role will be essential to the smooth running of our department as you schedule work, keep track of different projects and oversee brand management. We want you to show us how things should be done, so that together we can achieve more.

The Role

Could you help creative ideas to flow?

As Creative Services Specialist, you'll act as the first point of contact for any brand queries or new projects coming in. With a clear understanding of our brand positioning, you'll offer advice on and ensure the correct use of brand assets across all communications. Nothing will move forward without your input, so you'll need to collaborate closely with all team members to move projects forward. You'll be firm yet flexible in your approach and teams will work with you to create and agree resource for each new project. You'll also:
  • Oversee the brand implementation project as part of our brand strategy.
  • Create and own all project timelines and agree on milestones.
  • Manage schedules daily planning ahead for conflicts and potential pinch-points.
  • Make sure briefing takes place and current processes are followed.
  • Motivate others and lead the way on how to improve processes.
  • Ensure resource is booked and timesheets are kept up-to-date.
  • Handle the management and invoicing of third-party suppliers, freelancers and agencies.

Who We Are Looking For
  • Considerable experience of project and traffic management within a creative/design studio.
  • The ability to communicate to an excellent standard with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of systems and processes, knowing how to allocate the right resources across teams.
  • The ability to problem-solve, be focused on solutions and able to deal with conflict.
  • Good organisation and the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
  • A familiarity with working with creatives, the creative process and brand guidelines.
