An exciting time to join the business, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of the brand annual plan with consumers at the heart through the influencing and engagement of a wide matrix of internal and external stakeholders. Communication and stakeholder engagement is paramount to this role

Key role:
  • Influence a matrix organisation to deliver business goals
  • Ensure our products and platforms meet and exceed consumer needs to achieve business targets
  • Write comms /creative /platform briefs to maximise consumer engagement and achieve business objectives
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure that the range meets and exceeds consumer needs
  • Evaluate the performance of all consumer touchpoints and recommend areas for improvement where necessary
  • Engage Product, Digital, Retail Sales and Supply Chain teams amongst others to ensure excellent execution of the customer experience
