Excellent Client Services Specialist EMEA- French Speaking role working for a leading financial services firm. Your new company This organisation is a global leader in financial services, with offices in more than 30 countries. They have a number of subsidiaries across the board and are looking to expand their London office. Your new role You will be expected to support all of the company's products, as well as document management, email and telephone enquiries. You will also work very closely with clients daily, on the phone and in person. You will also work closely with clients in France, and therefore must be able to speak fluent French. You will also take part in internal projects (salesforce, metrics, etc.) if and when required. What you'll need to succeed You MUST fluent in speaking and writing in French. You will have had significant in a client facing role, with in-depth knowledge of the key elements associated with customer and client service. You will also have experience in developing and implementing related activities, including excellent written skills in English and French.
