Your new role A great opportunity for an enthusiastic PR looking to build their experience and work with case studies, help deliver campaigns and develop social media content. What you will be doing on a day to day: * Write news stories and blogs * Develop social media content, including video * Support colleagues on PR campaigns * Take media enquiries from journalists and assist press officers in responding * Sell-in to journalists * Write key messages and Q&As * Monitor the national, regional and trade media for mention of issues of importance * Provide simple PR reports for the Press Office Manager * Provide other support as required. What you'll need to succeed You will have some experience working in journalism or PR and be eager to learn more. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills which you want to hone in a supportive, professional environment. You will have sound news sense, a good understanding of the media and have lots of ideas about how to develop campaigns and PR tactics.
