Reporting directly in to the Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CRM Manager to join their Marketing team and lead the development and growth of their CRM roadmap. The Role: * Developing, managing and executing CRM initiatives to drive revenue, loyalty and customer engagement. * End to end management of the email programme (contributing 40% of revenues) * Streamlining and scaling up the production process through automation and use of content while identifying opportunities to increase relevance and engagement, * Proactive use of reporting, analysis and insight to develop campaigns. Your Profile: * High level experience of hand-coding HTML. Knowledge of CSS useful * Experience using Adobe Dreamweaver * Demonstrated experience delivering CRM programmes within email and retargeting * Excellent analytical, data-driven thinking/problem solving abilities If you are interested in becoming part of an exciting fast growing business, please apply with your CV.
