Automation Campaign Manager - Publishing - Salary dependent on experience Your new company You will get to work for an International academic publisher with offices worldwide. Your new role Will see you helping to drive the global email and digital marketing strategy, focusing on engagement and demand generation to generate high-impact personalised campaigns in Pardot and Marketing Cloud. You will work with the marketing CRM teams to plan and execute high quality marketing campaigns across digital channels whilst also needing to plan, create, implement and report on campaign programmes across the marketing funnel. Key to the role will be to build testing frameworks to optimise subject lines, CTA efficiency, open rates, click-through and conversion rates in line with KPI's. You will need to proactively identify opportunities where automation can improve engagement and conversions as well as to develop campaign, content and workflow recommendations for the marketing team. On top of all of this, you will need to give recommendations to senior management based on the measurement of campaign performance and develop long-term relationships internally and externally. What you'll need to succeed You will need experience and expertise in digital marketing execution and a broad understanding of the latest customer engagement tactics and be someone with a customer orientated and commercial focus. Ideally you will have Marketing Cloud and Pardot experience, or at least demonstrable experience and knowledge of marketing automation tools. it is expected that you will have a data-driven approach to marketing, excellent; problem solving, project management and communication skills. Key to the success of this role will be your understanding of statistical and financial information and high level of numeracy which should be in line with being results driven. Your passion and drive for what you do and ability to work well autonomously and in teams will also play a big part in the success of this role also.
