FTSE 100 marketing agency are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with one of the world's leading coffee brands. This agency are renowned for making print and technology work together seamlessly so there is plenty of scope to develop your skills and knowledge. Account manager responsibilities Based on site at this internationally renowned brand, you will primarily focus on managing the Clients printed marketing campaigns, however, the successful person must display a capacity and interest in developing your role and taking on new areas of responsibility in other areas of the account such as production artwork and digital screen management. The ideal candidate should therefore be committed to maintaining and improving service delivery, seek ways to improve cross departmental communication and contribute with new innovative ideas. We are looking for an Account Manager with; * Experience with the end-to-end marketing and production process, from creation of the brief through to delivery is a must. * You must have a great understanding of the print production process (and digital). * Must be from a marketing or account management background, providing a consultative service for the client at the point of initial contact. * Analytical individual who can communicate results and ideas from marketing analytics reports. * Creative and innovative individual who's confident voicing and presenting their own ideas. * You will need a strong eye for detail and be comfortable in following a highly organised, process driven approach, whilst not losing sight of the need to be innovative and drive change. * Excellent presentation and communication skills and an individual who takes great pride in delivering consistently high levels of customer service. * Working in a fast paced environment you will need excellent organisational skills. * able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure.
